9.3 Asset Class Assignment Plugin

The Asset Class Assignment plugin is used to classify model families by automatically populating the OmniClass Number and OmniClass Title parameters based on data from the Taxonomy File.

Functionality

Search functionality is available in both lists—model families and classification elements—using keyword input.

Family selection modes:

• All in the Model – the default mode displaying all elements in the model.

• All in the View – displays only elements visible in the current view.

• All Selected – enables selection of elements directly in the active view. After pressing Finish, only the selected elements will appear in the left-hand list.
