Account Recovery
If the password is lost, access can be restored via the Qsee login page by selecting the Forgot your password? option.

In the opened window, the email address associated with the account is entered, followed by clicking the Authentication Code button.

A password reset email will be sent to the specified address. The sender of the message is [email protected]. If the message is not found in the inbox, it is recommended to check the spam folder and add the sender to the list of trusted addresses.

Next, the inbox is accessed and the new email is located. The password reset process is initiated by clicking the active Link provided in the message.

On the password reset page, a new password is entered. The password must be at least 12 characters long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, ?).

After entering the new password, click SET NEW PASSWORD, then proceed by selecting Sign In on the next screen.

To complete the process, enter the email address and updated password, then click Sign In to access the account.
