What should I do if the invitation email didn’t arrive?
Check your Spam folder and make sure the sender address ([email protected]) is whitelisted. (Registering a New User)
How can I reset my password?
On the login screen, click Forgot your password?. Enter your email, receive the message, and set a new password (at least 12 characters, including numbers and special symbols). (Account Recovery)
Why don’t I see my project in the list?
Make sure you have the correct access rights and that the project has been created by a manager. (2.2 Account and Project Selection Menu)
How do I assign a role to a user?
Go to Account Members or Project Members, enable edit mode, double-click the Roles cell, and select the proper level (Manager, Contributor, Viewer, No Access). (Assigning a Role to a User)
Parameters & Classifiers
How do I create a new classifier?
Open Classification Tables, enable edit mode, and click Add. (4.1 Classification Tables.)
Can I bulk upload classifiers?
Yes, use the Import function with a tab-delimited table. (Bulk Addition of Classifier Entries)
Why are Select/Multiselect fields not imported?
This is a current limitation and will be fixed in a future update.
What’s the difference between Revit Built-In and Revit Shared parameters?
Built-In — predefined Revit parameters, cannot be modified.
Shared — user-created, can be assigned to families and projects. (Parameter Groups and Filling Rules)

How do I enable table editing?
Click the Edit button in the toolbar. Once active, Add, Remove, Import, and context menu options become available. (Edit)
Can I configure sorting and filters?
Yes, in View Settings → Sorting/Grouping and Filters. (Sorting/Grouping)
