11.3. Revit Project Standards.
Part 10. Model Audit.
This section is intended for verifying the model’s compliance with Revit Project Standards. The Model Audit plugin performs checks in the following areas:
Levels – compares the levels in the model with those defined in the Revit Project Standards module. Displays the number of elements associated with each level. This check serves as an additional tool for verifying the correct distribution of elements across levels.
Phases – analyzes the distribution of elements by project phases. The count includes statuses such as existing, demolished, and temporary. This audit supports evaluation of the phase structure’s completeness and accuracy within the model.
Worksets – compares worksets in the model with the list defined in the Revit Project Standards module. Displays the number of elements and their associations within each workset. This check provides an additional means of validating proper workset organization.
Mechanical Systems – compares mechanical systems in the model with the system matrix defined in Revit Project Standards. Highlights key attributes, system breaks, and unassigned elements. This check helps ensure that mechanical systems remain accurate and complete throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Piping Systems – verifies that piping systems in the model align with the system matrix in Revit Project Standards. Displays attributes, breaks, and unassigned components. This audit ensures up-to-date and consistent system modeling as project requirements evolve.
Rooms/Spaces – compares rooms and spaces in the model with the room schedule from the Revit Project Standards module. Provides a comprehensive analysis of spatial data to identify deviations from established modeling practices and data structure.
